credit card will be charged when Your
order is shipped. No disclosure of your
credit card data will be allowed to any

Your credit card data. You will be
charged in Euros. Your bank will
directly calculate the equivalent in
your local currency.

After the payment receipt of the amount
due we'll send You an E-mail confirming
the shipping of Your order and the
delivery time. Contact us for specific
quotations.
Transfer delivery
If you wish to optimise your warehouse
management and have the order delivered
directly to your final customer,
Italcaffè can request its carrier to
deliver the goods to the address
indicated.
The final customer will only receive the
delivery note, while our invoice and
prices will be sent to your address.
This way you can proceed to send your
invoice to the final customer with the
agreed prices.
Duties and Taxes
Deliveries within the EU to private
customers:
In compliance with the current
e-commerce legislation deliveries to
private customers include the Italian
VAT.
Deliveries within the EU but outside
Italy to professional customers ( B2B )
If you are a corporate or professional
customer and you have a valid VAT number
you we invite you to register and get
your customized Price List.
You save 20% of Italian VAT. ( Italian
taxes )
Deliveries outside the EU:
Italcaffeshop.com is not responsible for
any tax duties or taxes imposed by any
countries other than Italy. Please
contact Your local customs office to ask
about the duty rate.
Customers outside the EU do not pay the
Italian VAT ( Value added taxes = 20% of
total order value ).
Shipping
All shipments are performed by Express
courier with delivery within 5-7 working
days in most countries around the world.
